While rain continues to slow progress of the 65,000-square-foot spec building under construction at the Tarboro Commerce Center, work is progressing as the superstructure is now up and workers preparing to erect the siding and roof.

The metal shell building, while being built at 65,000 square feet, is expandable to 100,000 square feet.
It is being constructed by Trinity Partners, which markets and manages more than 20 million square feet of office and industrial space in the Carolinas.
